The Leaders Accelerator - Next Gen Workshops are centered on the belief that everyone has the potential to lead themselves and others.
This isn’t a watered down speech for young people. These same topics are used to inspire and equip leaders across global organizations to emerge in their leadership.
Workshops range from 2:30 - 3:30 Hours of Live engagement which includes a kick-off and 60 minute general sessions.
Workshops designed to encourage frequent dialogue and engagement.
Students walk away with a completed workbook with notes, exercise, and prompts for continued reflection and application.
We take a practical approach to training, where we use proven leadership and career concepts and make them applicable for immediate use. Our approach is highly customizable to meet the unique needs of each group.
Training is designed by lead facilitator with a Master’s Degree in Leadership and over 15 years of experience leading hiring and workforce functions within non-profit, small business, and top Fortune organizations.
You have the ability to add on additional 1x1 mentorship sessions for a select number of students to get additional coaching and feedback on concepts in workshop.
Students challenge themselves to articulate their self concept and explore what shapes their view of leadership. In addition, we explore frameworks to approach leadership in their everyday life.
Gain awareness of what factors in their environment influences them and learn a model to practice effective leadership from the inside out. In addition, students will learn various tactics to exert positive influence leveraging their personal leadership.
Students reflect on the power of personal vision and learn a basic framework to craft their own strategic vision for themselves. In addition, students begin developing the tools to connect short term goals to their longer term vision.
Learn differences and similarities between a job and a career. In addition, students explore how to match the “real them” with needs in the “real world” and complete a basic assessment to explore potential career paths.
Students learn basic principles of approaching a job search including what to expect and how to position themselves for success. Focus areas include resumes, applying, interviewing, and includes live practice sessions.
Workshops work very well in partnership with: Schools, After-School Programs, Sports Clubs, Church Youth/Young Adult Groups, and Student Organizations, and organizations with youth/young adult initiatives.

This content is used to guide leaders across global organizations. That said, we have found that students in at least 7th grade are able to engage best in this type of environment and with this content.
The most impactful workshops are conducted in-person, onsite at your location or a mutually agreed upon site. During our discovery session, we will discuss location as well as other logistics to maximize our time. Virtual options and the ability to break up workshops over multiple days are available.
It’s important to us that your students engage well with the concepts we cover. Most workshops include several topics that build on each other and lasts ~3:30 hours. We do offer the ability to break up workshops over multiple days based on time constraints. During our discovery session we will discuss topics and schedule logistics.
