The ability to lead effectively has never been more critical. The demands are high whether you are newly stepping into leadership or need to refine your skills. This is the space to wrestle with the challenges and concepts of leadership.  

This is for professionals who are ready to step into a leadership role, have recently emerged into a leadership role, have taken on a new team, or have been a leader for a few years but need a tune-up.

Each week includes about 1.5 - 2 hours of synchronous or asynchronous activity. The schedule is structured in a way to alternate live engagement with time for you to work independently through the topics. Here’s an example of a two week period:

Week 1: 

• Complete the assigned course at your on pace
• Join live group discussion to deep dive into lesson

Week 2:

• Complete the challenge of the week to apply lesson learnings
• Join 1x1 mentoring session to personalize learning and discuss current challenges

Each cohort has its own personality, and material is adapted based on what’s needed. That said, a few common themes include:

• Effectively Influencing Stakeholders
• Shaping Your Vision and Strategic Plan as a Leader
• Defining and Measuring Success
• Establishing Habits As a Healthy Leader

The Leaders Accelerator program costs $550 to join. This cost covers your enrollment in the 5 module online course, 5 small group sessions, 5 1x1 mentor sessions, and unlimited email support over 10 weeks. 

Course content for The Accelerator Program and Course Only participants will launch October 13th. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a link to complete your registration.

Accelerator Program members will receive course modules weekly to maximize our learning time together. 

Individuals who purchase “Course Only” option will receive all modules at once.

Yes. We believe in the work of equipping leaders and want to serve as many as possible. Here are a few options:
